In 2014 Norfolk Southern began upgrading their caboose fleet. These freshly painted cabooses feature the Soaring Logo, fresh red paint, and heritage logos for N&W and Southern Railway. Decals are included for the Bay Window Cabooses, C31P and C32P Cabooses. Set includes all data for the car ends, sides and trucks. Complete instructions are included. NORFOLK SOUTHERN BUSINESS CARS (OCS) - SET #161 |

This set if for Norfolk Southern's fleet of business cars. These beautiful tuscan red passenger cars have "class" written all over them. Our set has been prepared to recreate this image in HO and N scale. It also includes some of the research cars. This set is printed in dulux gold and includes car names and numbers. Several Researach cars are also included. Each set will letter several cars. Available in HO and N scale. |

NORFOLK SOUTHERN TRACK RESEARCH CABOOSE #52 - SET #162 |

This set is for Norfolk Southern's Track Research caboose #52. The prototype caboose was renumbered to #48. It has since been repainted into the Thoroughbred Scheme and returned to regular service. Decals to renumber this caboose to 48 are available on our HO141 and N141 sets. This former Southern caboose was painted to match the research business cars in Tuscan Red with Dulux Gold striping, lettering and heralds. This caboose has a white roof and a black underframe. Available in HO and N Scale. |

NORFOLK SOUTHERN EXHIBIT CAR NO. 27 - SET #173 |
|
Since being acquired from the Southern Railway in the merger of 1982, this car has worn five different paint schemes. It was first painted dark gray with white graphics. While it had a Norfolk Southern logo it did not match the official NS logo and was somewhat flattened. The second scheme appears to be a light gray or white, with black graphics identical to the first scheme. The third scheme was Tuscan Red with Dulux Gold graphics. Key spotting features are the black lettering on the enter and exit, and three Dulux Gold stripes the entire length of the car. Version four and five are both Tuscan Red with Dulux Gold graphics. Version five is identical to version four except for the Soaring Logo, the NS 27, and the bottom stripe that is broken into five segments. Available in HO and N Scale. |
